10 Class Pass

The ten class pass is good for any drop in class that we offer. Please inform your instructor that you have a pass. The pass does not currently have an expiration date.


MONDAY 

  • 9:30a to 10:30a - Strength, Range, & Balance with Elyssa

    As we age it becomes increasingly important to maintain movement and strength in many different ways. This practice involves resistance work with body weight, free weights and resistance bands for building and maintaining muscle mass, functional neurological work to keep our nervous system sharp and moving through a comfortable and full range of motion to keep us fluid.

  • 5:00p to 6:00p - Balanced Hatha Flow with Grace

    All Levels Class - beginners welcome

      

    Grace combines traditional Hatha asana with mindful breath awareness and deep relaxation techniques to create a balanced class of movement and stillness. Students will enhance flexibility, strength, and alignment while fostering inner calm and focus. Grace’s holistic approach benefits both body and mind, making it ideal for those seeking balance and harmony in their yoga practice.

  • 6:15p to 7:30p - Adaptive Alignment Yoga IN-PERSON with LizziDee

    Adaptive Alignment Yoga is based on the use of precise alignment, props, and subtle actions  developed by the late, great BKS Iyengar This practice is appropriate for students with previous injuries, arthritis, or other limitations who are looking to improve overall health.  The Iyengar-based approach provides safe exercise while reducing pain, promoting healing, and preventing reinjury. Students will benefit from better postural alignment, a better understanding of the work of the poses, and better integration between body systems (musculoskeletal, nervous, organ systems, etc.) No prior yoga experience required.

  • 6:15p to 7:30p - Adaptive Alignment Yoga LIVESTREAM with LizziDee

    Adaptive Alignment Yoga is based on the use of precise alignment, props, and subtle actions  developed by the late, great BKS Iyengar This practice is appropriate for students with previous injuries, arthritis, or other limitations who are looking to improve overall health.  The Iyengar-based approach provides safe exercise while reducing pain, promoting healing, and preventing reinjury. Students will benefit from better postural alignment, a better understanding of the work of the poses, and better integration between body systems (musculoskeletal, nervous, organ systems, etc.) No prior yoga experience required.

TUESDAY 

  • 6:00p to 7:00p - Mindful Mobility+ with Michaela

     A 60-minute, gentle mat-based class focusing on breath work, mindfulness, mobility, and mind-body centering. Designed to help you bring your full attention to the present moment and experience the here and now. Individualization of material, modifications, and adaptations are offered as needed.

     

    Cost: sliding scale of $15-25

WEDNESDAY 

  • 10:00a to 11:15a - Finding Warmth in the Winter Hatha Yoga Series with Julia

    an 8 week series, January 8th - February 26th 

    (class is moving to Tues starting Feb 4th)


    This series will be a focus on digestive fire and integration of subtle energy through active and restorative asana.

  • 1:00p to 2:00p - Yoga for Osteoporosis: A Practice for Bone Health with Sue

    Introductory 6 week series, Jan 29 – Mar 5,


    1:00p to 2:00p


    Join Sue Wednesday afternoons for six weeks to learn a yoga series that research shows safely builds bone strength with sustained and focused practice.

       

    Learn a 12-pose yoga sequence for your level of yoga practice, from beginner to advanced. The class is limited to six participants, so each participant learns the specifics of each pose and how to implement the series of poses into a home practice.

       

    Before registering, please discuss participating in Yoga for Osteoporosis with your medical provider.

       

    $150.00 for the 6-week series includes an additional (optional) one on one in person or zoom meeting to refine your poses and address questions or concerns.

  • 4:45p to 5:45p - Stretch Goal with Liz

    All levels class.


    This all-levels class is for anyone who wants to improve flexibility, circulation, and joint mobility. We use bolsters, straps, and blocks to support long holds. Each class is based on student needs, with a foundation of breathing, mindfulness, and self-discovery.

THURSDAY 

  • 10:00a to 11:00a - Active Aging - Fitness Designed for People 60+ with Michaela

    The Active Aging class is designed to assist those 60+ in aging actively and independently, but it’s never too early to begin a healthy-aging practice! Classes combine principles from aerobics, pilates, and somatic methods to assist with strength building, maintaining mobility, balance skills and fall reduction, cognitive function, fine motor skills, and getting to and from the floor safely.

    A foundational modern dance class based in the Cunningham Technique for dancers and those wishing for a somatic movement practice and to build strength in unconventional ways.

  • 8:30a to 9:30a - Vinyasa Yoga with Elyssa

    In this vinyasa flow practice you will be offered variations that make the class accessible to each participant. Class involves a creative flow of poses focusing on stability, centering and rhythm. The practice is designed to leave you feeling comfortable, strong and present.

  • 10:00a to 11:15am - Forrest Yoga Flow with River

    Begin your weekend with a practice designed to help you slow down, feel deeply, and build resilience in a space that affirms all bodies and expressions. This Forrest Yoga Flow class is dedicated to exploring what works best for you and your practice with chiropractic expertise and elements from multiple styles of yoga.


    Variations are offered for every pose so class is accessible whether you’re new to yoga, a longtime practitioner, or finding your way through an injury, pregnancy, or mental health challenges. Expect to hold poses a bit longer to activate underused muscles and connect to your core. You’ll soothe your nervous system in community and leave with tools to carry you on and off your mat.


    Join us Saturdays from 10am to 11:15am, December 28th to March 29th, for a series focused on warming your body and easing your mind in a safe space through the winter season.

    Intermediate level class (but newbies would be welcome)

     

    Join Kristalee, a seasoned yoga and meditation teacher since 2010, for transformative classes blending vinyasa, hatha, and somatic movement. Experience deeper states of consciousness through meditative inquiry, chanting, and sound ceremonies. Kristalee also offers mental health and psychedelic integration coaching, energy work, and plant medicine traditions. Discover holistic wellness with her unique approach to yoga and spiritual philosophy
