Sasha Bayba

I began practicing yoga in my college years as a guinea pig for friends and family who were in yoga teacher training. What started out as a physical practice and exercise class quickly evolved into so much more.

I discovered the the mental and emotional benefits of yoga when I began working and practicing at East Meets West Yoga in 2014. I completed my 200 hour teacher training there in 2016 and have been teaching a wide variety of yoga classes ever since.
