Grace is a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor with a 200-hour certification, currently enhancing her expertise by pursuing a 300-hour certification with the renowned Himalayan Institute Buffalo. She skillfully blends traditional Hatha asana with mindful breath awareness and deep relaxation techniques. Grace’s classes are thoughtfully designed to offer a harmonious balance of movement and stillness, creating a holistic experience that nurtures both the body and mind.


With a deep appreciation for the transformative power of yoga, Grace aims to guide her students on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace. She believes in the importance of creating a supportive and inclusive environment where students of all levels can explore their practice and find their own unique path. Grace’s approach is gentle yet empowering, encouraging students to connect with their breath, honor their bodies, and cultivate a sense of mindfulness both on and off the mat.



In addition to her formal training, Grace continuously seeks to expand her knowledge through workshops and personal practice, staying inspired and informed by the rich traditions of yoga.
