I have practiced and studied yoga for over 20 years, completing my yoga teacher training and prenatal yoga teacher training in 2020-21 with Love in Motion. As a Ph.D. clinical psychologist with a background in dance, I discovered the transition to yoga to be seamless and intuitive.
As long as I can remember I have had a passion for movement. I have performed in numerous dance companies since 1971. In turn, movement and its metaphors have informed my practice as a psychologist and psychoanalyst for over 35 years ( I have presented nationally on this topic)
Through yoga, I hope to encourage creativity, wisdom, self-reflection, “self-humor” and self-care. I am committed to facilitating the enduring human need to learn, grow, explore, play and imagine.
