Erika Curran RYT-500; I began practicing yoga over 20 years ago as a way to help my body feel better from and recover from competitive sports and activities. While I experienced the physical effects of a regular asana practice, I also noticed the beneficial and lasting effects on my mind and emotional wellbeing as well. With this, I went on to grow in a yogic lifestyle by receiving both 200 and 500 hour Yoga Teacher Certification at Himalayan Institute Buffalo and is registered through Yoga Alliance. I continued my education in Restorative Yoga with Cindi Lee, Positional Therapy with Lee Albert, Yoga Nidra with Rolf Sovik, Yoga Touch Method with Martia Bennett Rachman, Tuck Barre, HoopLove Coaching and more.
I love working with people where they are, in finding their inner relief from stress with mind, body and breath awareness. By welcoming movement back into my body with alignment, care and a new sense of purpose I feel it helped me to fit into my own skin.

wednesday evenings 7:00p - 8:00p
All Levels Class
We'll work on stretching out, basic yoga poses, flow, and endurance. Don't worry we'll do arm balances too. Great for guys who aren't comfortable with being the only guy in the room and already knows he is "not flexible enough to do yoga"
